My name is Lucy (she/her) and I am a marine ecologist, recently awarded my PhD at Trinity College Dublin. My research focuses on temperature and the ecophysiology of marine fishes. Broadly, I am interested in thermal ecology, ecophysiology and marine conservation.
This website aims to give you an insight into my experience and what led me to my PhD research. I also hope to improve visibility of female scientists in this field and inspire others to pursue a career in the marine sciences.
